Bare your heart and soul and colour them bright and bold with fiery reds, sweet pinks, bitter oranges, casual nudes or daring darks. Made simply euphoric, but naturally wholesome. This is the Nudus way.

Nudus lipsticks are a cocktail of fine and nurturing, gluten free, certified organic ingredients, so good for your lips, they'll be pouting their praise. It's a tasteful mix of ancient ayuryedic bio-active colours made from fruits, herbs and minerals, blended with antioxidants, vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K and essential fatty acids. All this encompassed by a recognised and stringent certification. All this enclosed in a uber chic white casing, displaying originality and femininity.

These ingredients are the bomb. I find it admirable when brands take such measure to ensure a standard of quality and care for the environment and for their consumers. I find it difficult to understand why one would buy commercial lipsticks laden with harsh chemicals, when you have ingredients like these. They are so abundant in pure goodness, it's clearly an obvious choice. Nudus lipsticks will treat your lips with their cold pressed oils and anti-ageing ingredients, all the while you're lookin' good struttin' your stuff with Dirty Diana.

L to R: Halo, Precious, Survivor, Revenge, Dirty Diana, Bitter Sweet

Halo: light muted rose
Precious: bright coral pink
Survivor: fuchsia pink
Revenge: classic red
Dirty Diana: deep bordeaux red
Bitter Sweet: burnt orange

Nudus lipsticks are richly pigmented with a somewhat creamy texture and semi matte finish. I must emphasise, they are ridiculously pigmented and so full of vibrancy. They are quite moisturising and so do not dry out your lips, rather leaving your lips soft. I do find application glides smoother when I wear a lip balm first. This is necessary for me as I lack coordinated alignment. I find it difficult applying bold lipsticks as I tend to go out of the lines. It's primary school all over again.
To compare, these lipsticks are not super creamy as you find in Ilia Beauty lipsticks, but really in terms of performance there is no disparity between the two. These gorgeous lipsticks do not feather, bleed or fall into the cracks of your lips. They generally last 3 hours, but they did transfer when I was jugging down the drinks or stuffing my belly with food. Reapplying is necessary. Although, at times it leaves your lips tinted, so really reapplying isn't always necessary.

Halo is the only one out of the bunch that appeared muted and not quite as pigmented as the rest. This does make it great for everyday wear. There are 10 shades currently being sold, including some nudes.

Diana is the creator of Nudus (also an Aussie!), which is quite fortunate for us, as she is full of integrity and compassion. She works tenaciously, pouring her heart and dream in hand crafting each lipstick purely and safe. She has made her mark upon this world, encouraging us to believe that beauty isn't whole, unless its wholesome. It all starts with making health conscious choices, for you and those that come from you. This is her way. This is the Nudus way and it is exquisite.

Having tried a sample of 27 Kisses, I want a full size! :D Imo, Ilia lipstick feels more drying on me than Nudus'. I love how crazy pigmented Nudus is and even after it fades there's a tint left on the lips. It's funny how the shades appear different on everyone's lip/skin tone! xoxo

When I would photograph me wearing one of Nudus lipsticks and compare it to someone else, it has a different tone. It's interesting you found Ilia more drying, but Nudus last longer I think. I've been hearing so much about 27 kisses, I think it's my next purchase xo
